Improved communication network will expand trade, commerce: Relief Minister Dulu

Disaster Management and Relief Minister Asadul Habib Dulu has stated that an advanced communication infrastructure is essential for driving the expansion of trade and commerce.
"There is no alternative to improving the communication system for the development of business and commerce," the minister said on Saturday afternoon while addressing the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed 130.85-meter-long PC Girder Ratnai Bridge at the 8th kilometre of the Lalmonirhat-Fulbari road.
Expressing optimism, the minister noted that the opening of the Ratnai Bridge will alleviate long-standing commuting hardships for residents of the region, reduce travel time and transport costs, and inject fresh momentum into business operations and goods transportation.
The inauguration event was attended by Lalmonirhat Deputy Commissioner Muh. Rashedul Haque Prodhan, District Council Administrator K. M. Mominul Haque, Sadar UNO Mononita Das, and Lalmonirhat Roads Division Executive Engineer Debashish Saha as special guests.
