Chhatra Dal leader Manik visits puja mandap, provides financial assistance in Chilmari

On the occasion of the autumn Durga Puja festival, on the instructions of BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman, Chhatra Dal leader Mainul Islam Manik visited various puja mandap in Chilmari upazila, discussed the overall situation with the committees of the related temples and provided financial assistance to each temple.
Mainul Islam Manik said that the BNP is a party of the masses. It works equally for all citizens of Bangladesh, and in line with that, we are exchanging greetings at various puja mandap on behalf of the Acting Chairman of BNP Tarique Rahman.
Mainul Islam Manik visited the temples of Chilmari Upazila on Tuesday . Manik was the former joint convener of Dhaka Metropolitan North Chhatra Dal.
During his long political career, he was subjected to numerous attacks and torture cases during the fascist government. He is in the news a lot in the upcoming national parliamentary elections. Chhatra Dal leader Manik is seeking BNP nomination from the 28th, Kurigram-04 (Chilmari, Roumari and Rajibpur) constituency in the upcoming national parliamentary elections.
