Alo Sweets fined Tk 20,000 in Boalkhali

A company named Alo Sweets has been fined Tk 20,000 under the relevant section of the Consumer Rights Protection Act in Boalkhali Upazila of Chattogram .
On Thursday from 1:45 pm to 2:50 pm, the operation was conducted by Upazila Nirbahi Officer and UNO Mohammad Rahmat Ullah in Shakpura Chaumuhani area of the upazila.
A mobile court was conducted during the operation, where one case was filed and one person was charged. Alo Sweets was fined Tk 20,000 under the relevant section of the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
UNO and Executive Magistrate Mohammad Rahmat Ullah said that Alo Sweets has been fined Tk 20,000 under the Consumer Rights Protection Act.
