Training jet crashes in Bogura

A training jet of the Bangladesh Air Force crashed at Kahalu in Bogura on Sunday noon.
The incident took place at Boromohor village in Muril, beside Bogura Airport, at about 1:00 pm. But no casualty was reported in the incident, confirmed ISPR.
The PT-6 of the Air Force crashed during the training, but its pilot remained unhurt.
According to local people, the aircraft fell into the area all of a sudden.
On information, locals flocked to the spot.
Mahmud Hasan, officer-in-charge (OC) of Kahalu Police Station, said the members of the Air Force began a rescue operation soon after the incident.
