Popular Life wins first award for anti-drug activities

On the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking 2024, a discussion meeting and prize distribution was held at the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy Auditorium, Dhaka at the initiative of the Directorate of Narcotics Control on Monday.
Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, MP was the chief guest on the occasion. Benazir Ahmed, MP, President of the Standing Committee on Ministry of Home Affairs, was the special guest at the meeting.
Md. Moshiur Rahman NDC, Senior Secretary, Security Services Division , Ministry of Home Affairs, Narcotics Control Directorate Director General Khondkar Mostafizur Rahman NDC presided over the event.
Popular Life Insurance Company Limited was awarded the first prize for its active role in countrywide anti-drug activities to prevent drug abuse and successful programs in human bonding and rallies on the occasion of International Anti-Drug Day 2024. In the picture, BM Shaukat Ali, Acting Managing Director of Popular Life Insurance Company Limited received the crest from the Home Minister.
