Popular Life CEO BM Yousuf Ali achieves Colours Multimedia Star Award

BM Yousuf Ali, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Popular Life Insurance PLC, has been honoured with the prestigious "Colors Multimedia Star Award-2026" in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the country's insurance sector.
The award ceremony, organized by Colors Multimedia, was held recently at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the capital.
Nitai Roy Chowdhury MP, Minister for Cultural Affairs, attended the ceremony as the chief guest and handed over the award to the Popular Life chief.
The event was presided over by pop icon Ferdous Wahid, who serves as an adviser to Colors Multimedia. Poet Rezuddin Stalin, Director General of the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, graced the occasion as the special guest, along with a gathering of prominent artists and cultural personalities.
The organizers noted that the award recognizes Ali's lifelong efforts to popularize life insurance, make it accessible at the doorsteps of ordinary citizens, and drive systemic growth across the broader insurance industry in Bangladesh.
