National Social Service Day celebrated in Adamdighi

National Social Service Day was observed with a rally and discussion meeting at Adamdighi, Bogura. Upazila Administration and Upazila Social Service Office jointly organized this program. A discussion meeting was held in the Upazila Parishad hall room under the chairmanship of Upazila Social Service Officer Al-Amin on Thursday.
Rumana Afroz, UNO was the chief guest. Mahmuda Sultana, Assistant Commissioner (Lands), Taufiq Aziz, Upazila Secondary Education Officer, Varun Kumar Pal, Women Affairs Officer and Kawshar Ali, President of Upazila NGO Coordination Committee spoke as special guests in the meeting. Fuad and Meraj of Anti-Discrimination Student Movement also delivered speeches.
Before this, a rally came out from the Upazila Parishad square and went around various roads and ended up in front of the UNO office. People from different classes and professions participated in the rally.
