Bangabandhu Creative Talent Appreciation Competition and National Education Week-2024 award and certificate distribution ceremony held at Longadu.

On July 16, 2024, at 10:30 am on Sunday, the upazila public library auditorium organized the Bangabandhu creative talent search competition-2024 prize and certificate distribution ceremony organized by the upazila education office.

Under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer Mr. Md Saiful Islam and assistant teacher Mr. Sultan Ahmed, Mr. Babul Das Babu, Chairman of Longadu Upazila Parishad was present as the chief guest in the event.

Apart from that, Acting Principal of Longdu Government Model College Mr. Md. Azgar Ali, Upazila Vice Chairman Mr. Md. Rakib Hossain, Female Vice-Chairman Mr. Md. Fatema Jinnah, and Upazila Academic Supervisor Mr. Md. Shaukat Akbar were present as special guests.

Headmaster of Rabeta Model High School Nurul Karim, Superintendent of Baytush Sharaf Complex Hafez Maulana Forkan Ahmed and Head and assistant teachers of various educational institutions.

The chief guest said in his short speech that all students, teachers and educational institutions should play their proper role in building Smart Bangladesh by developing themselves through the education of the students.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mr. Md. Saiful Islam in his speech said that not through traditional education system, but through new curriculum, everyone should be able to keep pace with the advanced state and in this era of information and technology dependence, he called upon everyone to play an active role in building a smart country.

After the discussion meeting, the guests awarded prizes in a total of 34 events in different categories among the winning teachers and students of various educational institutions of the upazila.

On behalf of the secondary education family, the newly elected chairman Babul Das Babu was congratulated.
