Manjummel Boys', the Malayalam blockbuster, has captivated the hearts of viewers both in theaters and now on the OTT platform. Since its theatrical release, it has broken several records, not only in terms of box office numbers but also in creating an emotional connection with its audience. Its OTT debut on Disney+ Hotstar on 5 May has ignited a flurry of reactions online.

Directed by Chidambaram, this survival thriller takes viewers on a gripping journey. Set in 2006, the story follows a group of friends from Manjummel as they embark on a trip to Kodaikanal. However, their excursion takes a dangerous turn when one of them falls into a deep pit known as Devil’s Kitchen. Director Chidambaram skillfully brings real-life stories to the silver screen, weaving a narrative that delves into human emotions, particularly the bond of friendship.
