Madrasah students' Ramadan vacation reduced to 15 days

Madrasah education is one of the two main streams of education system in Bangladesh. For many years, the Madrasah education system used to have a holiday during the month of Ramadan.
This time was no exception. But today a notice was published in the Directorate of Madrasah education of the Government of the people's republic of Bangladesh. Where the Madrasah education system's Ramadan vacation has been reduced to 15 days.
There is a mixed reaction among teachers and students to cut this holiday. Bangladesh is a predominantly Muslim country. Considered as an ideal state to other countries in practicing religion. But if there is no madrasa holiday in Ramadan, there will be problems in the proper observance of Ramadan and the implementation of various activities by the scholars. Some think it will speed up the education system. But the important time of gaining merit through the religious practice of Ramadan will end in the madrasah.
