Killing of businessman at Midford protested in Patnitala

A protest rally was held in Patnitala, Naogaon, condemning the brutal murder of businessman Sohag by a Jubo Dal leader in Mitford, Dhaka, and protesting the nationwide rise in enforced disappearances, killings, rapes, and extortion.
The protest, organized by the Struggling Student-People's Movement, took place on Saturday at 5:30 PM at the Zero Point of the Nazipur Bus Stand in the Upazila headquarters.
Speakers at the rally included representatives of the Upazila Anti-Discrimination Student Movement—Maruf Mostafa and Meherab—as well as Jamaat leaders Habibur Rahman and Abu Hena Mostafa Kamal, and Islami Andolan leader Delwar Hossain, among others.
