
July Uprising Day celebrated with due dignity in Rangamati

The historic 'July Uprising Day' was celebrated with due dignity in Rangamati on Tuesdsy.
Last year, the journey of a new Bangladesh began on this day.
A discussion meeting and reception program have been organized in Rangamati to celebrate July Uprising Day with due dignity. The program was organized at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner at 10 am on Tuesday and it was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Md. Habib Ullah Maruf.
At the beginning of the program, the recorded speech of the Honorable Chief Advisor was displayed through a projector.
During the program, Rangamati Police Superintendent Dr. SM Farhad Hossain, Additional Police Superintendent (Admin and Finance) Md. Iqbal Hossain, PPM, Local Government Deputy Director Md. Mobarak Hossain, BFDC Rangamati Branch Manager Commander Md. Faiz Al Karim, Civil Surgeon Dr. Nuen Khisa, District Tourist Police Superintendent Nihad Adnan Tayan, Jatiya Nagorik Party convener Bipin Jyoti Chakma, injured July fighters, officials from various departments and local media workers were present.
Prayers and supplications have been organized in every religious place of worship for the repose of the souls of the martyrs of the July Uprising and the recovery of the injured.
After the discussion meeting, the district administration felicitated the brave fighters injured in the July Movement.
