Int'l Anti-Trafficking and Drug Abuse Day celebrated in Moulvibazar

International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking-2023 was celebrated in Moulvibazar.
On this occasion, a detailed program was undertaken in collaboration with the district administration and organized by the Narcotics Control Directorate.
The program included rally, discussion meeting and award distribution ceremony.
A rally was taken out from the premises of the Deputy Commissioner's office on Sunday (July 30) morning. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Urmi Binte Salam led the rally.
Later a discussion was organized in the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner.
Additional District Magistrate Mst: Shahina Akhtar presided over the meeting as chief guest Deputy Commissioner Dr Urmi Binte Salam.
Superintendent of Police (Sp)Md. Manjur Rahman PPM, Civil Surgeon Dr Chowdhury Jalaluddin Murshed, Additional Deputy Commissioner Sarbik Prabhanshu Som Mahan. attended the event as special guests.
Mohammad Habib Tauhid Imam, deputy director of Narcotics Control Department, gave a welcome speech in the discussion meeting.
