FF gets back property by court after 18 year

Ruhul Amin Qari, a heroic freedom fighter, had to wait 18 years to get possession of the property. Neighboring occupiers occupied 9 percent of the land adjacent to the house of this heroic freedom fighter in 2004. The freedom fighter then filed a case in the court in 2004. After all, about 18 years have passed. Finally got the verdict of the case.
The house of the heroic freedom fighter is in South Lamkain village of Panchbagh union under Pagla police station of Gafargaon upazila of Mymensingh.
Gafergaon Assistant Commissioner (Land) Kaberi Roy launched the eviction drive on Monday afternoon on a court order. He stood up and evicted the occupants and handed over the land to freedom fighter Ruhul Amin Qari.
