Excellence in Teaching-Learning (ETL), Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), University of Dhaka organized a workshop amongst the DU officers on “Enhancing the Quality and Efficiency of DU officers” at Muzaffar Ahmed Chowdhury Auditorium in the University of Dhaka on Saturday.

Prof Dr. A.T.M. Shamsuzzoha (Additional Director, ETL, IQAC-DU) presided over the Workshop and delivered the welcome speech.

In this programme A.B.M. Asrafuzzaman (Assistant Professor, Dept. of Law and Assistant Proctor, University of Dhaka), Dr. A.T.M. Shamsuzzoha (Professor, Islamic History & Culture), Dr. Muhammed Mahbubur Rahaman (Professor, Institute of Education and Research, University of Dhaka) and Mr. Probir Kumar Sarker (Registrar (Acting), office of the Registrar, University of Dhaka) spoke on “Code of Conduct of the officers”, “File Management”, “Preparation of Documents of Teacher/Officer/Employee Recruitment Board” and “Responsibilities of the Officers according to Dhaka University Order and Statutes” respectively.

It may be mentioned that according to the direction of UGC and approved by DU Syndicate Centre of Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CoETL) starting as the Excellence in Teaching-Learning (ETL), IQAC, University of Dhaka organized a workshop on “Enhancing the Quality and Efficiency of DU officers” for the first time. It also be mentioned that ETL, Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) will organize series of workshops, special talks successfully throughout the year on a regular basis for the faculty (teachers) and officers of the University of Dhaka for achieving Quality Higher Education.
