Election Commission decides on voter list with photo in JACSU elections

The Election Commission has decided to introduce a voter list with photographs for the upcoming JACSU elections, both central and parliamentary elections.
Proctor and Election Commission member Professor Rashidul Alam announced this decision at a press conference held at the Senate Building on Wednesday at 4:30 pm.
Rashidul Alam said at the press conference, "The Election Commission formed for the Jahangirnagar University Central Student Parliament Election and Hall Parliament Election has decided to make a voter list with a photo. We have submitted the lists in this regard at the appropriate places. Photos will be added to our draft voter list soon. We are trying to complete the voter list with a photo before the election so that we can get it in our hands, through which it will be possible to insure identity."
