CoU organizes women's cricket tournament for the first time

Comilla University (CoU) has organized inter-hall (female) friendly cricket tournament for the first time on Tuesday at 9.45 am the match was held at the central field of the university between the female students of Sheikh Hasina Hall and Nawab Faizunnessa Choudhurani Hall.
Vice-Chancellor of the University Dr. A.F.M. Abdul Moyeen was present as Chief Guest and inaugurated this competition.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. A.F.M. Abdul Moyeen emphasized on the equal participation of female students in all the sectors and said that this is the first time the university has arranged a cricket tournament for girls.
It is expected that our girls will progress at an equal pace along with boys in the university. Hopefully one day the girls of our university will also lead in a national tournament.
