45th BCS preliminary results published

Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has published the results of the 45th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) preliminary examination.
A total of 12 thousand 789 candidates have passed the test.
The results were as published on the BPSC website on Tuesday (June 6). The written examination will be held in the month of October, a BPSC notification confirmed.
The preliminary examination was held on May 19. Accordingly, the BPSC gave the preliminary results within 17 days after the examination. Candidates can check their results on the BPSC website.
Around 77 percent candidates appeared in the 45th BCS preliminary test held on Friday (May 19).
The preliminary examination was held simultaneously in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh divisions.
A total of 2,309 cadres will be recruited through the 45th BCS. Some 1,022 candidates will be taken in non-cadre services.
