Rally on birthday of father of Scouts in Kotalipara

A procession and cake cutting ceremony was held in Kotalipara Upazila of Gopalganj to mark the 168th birth anniversary (B.P. Day) of Stevenson Smith Lord Baden Powell of Gilwell, the father of Scouts on Saturday.
A rally was organized by the Upazila Scouts started from the Upazila Parishad square, circled the main roads of the city, and met at the Upazila Shilpakala Academy square.
UNO Sagupta Haque, Kotalipara Scouts General Secretary Idrisur Rahman, Kotalipara Scouts Commissioner Kartik Chandra Sarkar, Assistant Commissioner Ibrahim Sikder, Assistant Commissioner Nihar Ranjan Samaddar, Mizanur Rahman, Treasurer Meri Rani Roy, Unique Leader Golam Mostafa were present.
