Students of Jagannath University (JnU) organized a protest on Tuesday, demanding justice for the killing of Felani by Indian Border Security Force (BSF), the publication of all agreements with India, and the annulment of any unequal treaties.

The protest march was held at the university's central Shaanto Chattar on Tuesday noon.During the protest, students held placards with anti-aggression slogans such as "People die at the border, what does the administration do?", "Wasib Said Mugdha – the fight isn't over yet," "The killing of Felani calls for justice, border killings must end," and "Cancel all unequal agreements with India." The students emphasized the need to halt Indian aggression at the border and demanded justice for Felani and other victims. They also called for transparency in agreements with India and the cancellation of those deemed unequal.

Kishore Samyo, a student from the Film and Television Department, said, "Every day, Indian border guards open fire on our citizens along various border points. Even their long-standing adversary, Pakistan, does not engage in such aggressive acts at their border. Despite this, the previous fascist government justified these killings.

Ivan Tahsib, a student of the Mass Communication and Journalism Department, remarked, "Even after 14 years of Felani’s killing, we are yet to see justice. This impunity reflects the true nature of Bangladesh-India relations.

Students from various departments participated in the protest.
