
Iftar items distributed by voluntary organization

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, Bikrampur Manab Kalyan Blood Donation Foundation distributed Iftar items among helpless, extremely poor and unemployed families on Friday at 4 pm.
This Iftar items distribution program was completed with the help of all the members of the voluntary organization among more than fifty unemployed, extremely poor and helpless families in different areas of Haldia Union of Louhajang Upazila of Munshiganj district. Iftar items include chickpeas, khesari dal, muri, gram flour, sugar, soybean oil, onion, potato, chira and dates. Due to the uncontrollable rise in commodity prices during the holy month of Ramadan, most of the low-income people cannot afford to buy Iftar items. From a humanitarian perspective, this Iftar items are distributed among helpless families on behalf of the organization. Md. Shafiq, Haji Ataur Khan, Khan Nazrul Islam Hannan, Haji Qadir Sheikh, Shishir, Abid, Jamal, Shahid Bepari, Habibur Rahman Molla, Kausar, Rumel Member, Kazi Arif, Limon and volunteers of the organization were in full support in the Iftar distribution program.
The founder of the organization, Naeem Hasan, said, "I was able to distribute Iftar materials with the support and inspiration of the prominent people of the area.
