College-level public speaking competition held in Barguna

As part of the Youth Forum and Citizen Platform's project to transform the coastal town of Barguna, a college-level public speaking competition was organized on the occasion of the Youth Festival '2025'.
On Tuesday, at 10 am, at the Shaheed Abu Said Auditorium of Barguna Government College, the Principal of Barguna Government College, Professor Dr. Md. Matiur Rahman, was the chief guest. The special guests were Associate Professor Md. Chagir Hossain, Head of the Department of Chemistry Md. Jahangir Kabir, and the judges were Professor Dr. Wahab Mia, Lecturer Md. Hafizur Rahman and Convener of the Youth Festival Celebration Committee Md. Monir Hossain Kamal.
12 contestants from grades 11 and 12 participated in the competition.
