
Discussion meeting, award distribution on National Primary Education Week in Sirajdikhan

A discussion meeting and award distribution ceremony was held in Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj, on the occasion of National Primary Education Week under the theme "Ensure quality education, build a discrimination-free Bangladesh."
The event took place on Saturday noon in the Upazila Parishad meeting room, jointly organized by the Upazila Administration and Upazila Primary Education Office.
Upazila Executive Officer Shahina Akhter attended the event as chief guest, while Upazila Primary Education Officer Rafiqul Islam presided over the meeting.
The event was conducted by Upazila Assistant Primary Education Officer Ambia Khatun. Other notable attendees included Assistant Education Officer Abdus Salam, Md. Nasir Uddin, Kusumpur High School Headmaster Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Ichapura Government Model High School Acting Headmaster Jamal Hossain Mia, Rashunia Government Primary School Headmaster Roksana Begum, Madhupur Government Primary School Headmaster A. Mannan Sheikh, Sirajdikhan Model Government Primary School Headmaster Nikhil Kumar Banik, Ichapura Government Primary School Headmaster Asaduzzaman Talukder, and Sirajdikhan Press Club General Secretary Abdullah Al Masud, among others, including head teachers, assistant teachers, and guardians.
Speakers at the event highlighted the importance of delivering quality primary education and emphasized the need for collective efforts to eliminate educational inequality.
At the end of the program, prizes were distributed among outstanding students from various primary schools.
