Youth Division of Jamaat celebrates historic 'Badar Day' in Rangpur

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Rangpur Metropolitan Kotwali Thana's 'Youth Division' organized a discussion meeting, Iftar mahfil and award distribution ceremony on the occasion of the historical 'Badar Day' on Tuesday at the Islamic Foundation Ground of Rangpur.
Jamaat-e-Islami Central Committee Member and Rangpur-Dinajpur Regional Team Member Professor Mahbubur Rahman Belal was present as chief guest at the event. The event was graced by the guests of honor, including Maulana ATM Azam Khan, member of the central Majlis-e-Shura and Rangpur Metropolitan Ameer, and Maulana Golam Kabiria, Ameer of the Metropolitan Kotwali Thana Branch.
The event was presided over by Mohammad Emon Sarkar, President of the Kotwali Thana Youth Division, and among others, Rangpur Metropolitan Youth Jamaat President Farhad Hosne Mandal and Kotwali Thana Secretary Jahangir Alam also spoke.
Speaking as the chief guest at the event, Mahbubur Rahman Belal said that in the historical Badr battlefield, a small group of 313 Mujahideen martyrs sacrificed their lives in the battle against the enemy of Islam.
