A Christmas Celebration Committee was formed at Kazi Nazrul Islam University with the assistance of the Indigenous student organizations .

The event will be celebrated at 10 am on Friday, December 1st, with cake cutting at the university's Churulia stage, followed by a discussion session. Present at the discussion were the university's Proctor Sanjay Kumar Mukherjee, student advisor Sheikh Mehedi Ullah, and others.

During the discussion, Proctor Sanjay Kumar Mukherjee expressed, "This event resonates among everyone. If there's any creation of disorder in the world, Jesus Christ incarnates as a form of humanity to rescue us from adversity. I hope for the success of today's pre-Christmas celebration. I want to maintain continuity in organizing such discussions and be supportive in every endeavor."

Dr. Mehedi Ullah, Director of the Student Counseling and Guidance Department, stated, "Being present at today's event, I feel delighted and identify myself with the preparation preceding this significant day. If we collaborate across education, research, and development, regardless of differences, our university can progress further. Simultaneously, we'll create a beautiful campus."

Franko Maji, President of the Indigenous Student Organization, mentioned, "For thousands of years in Bangladesh, Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, and Christians have coexisted. Christmas is an important day for us. On this day, we all together will celebrate the joyous occasion. Let's collectively cherish the universal significance of Christmas forever, that's what we all desire."

Later in the evening, a cultural program was organized as part of the event. Post the cultural program, everyone indulged in a feast of sweets and cakes.
