Woman dies after being hit by truck in Pangsha

A woman named Arzina Khatun (50) died in a road accident in Pansha, Rajbari.
The accident occurred between 7 am and 7:30 am on Tuesday in the Babupara Union Parishad area of the Rajbari-Kushtia highway.
The deceased Arzina Khatun is the wife of the deceased Motaleb Pramanik of Babupara village in Babupara union of Pangsha upazila of the district.
It is learned that the woman had gone out for a walk like every day today (Tuesday) morning. At that time, an unknown truck hit her hard and she died.
Confirming the death of the woman in the road accident, OC of Pangsha Model Police Station Mohammad Salauddin said, the deceased woman used to go out for a walk every morning. It is believed that the incident occurred when a potato-laden truck hit her sometime in the morning. Police visited the spot.
