BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said, we have not said that we want to bring anyone to the election. The matter has not come across properly in the media. We have said that Awami political party, the people will decide whether to hold elections or not. People will decide who will do politics and who will not. We do nothing there.

Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Dal Fulgazi Upazila branch distributed educational materials and blankets to the flood-affected students and public at Begum Khaleda Zia's ancestral home in Feni. He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at that event. At this time he also said that the bandits of Awami League have escaped.

All of the country should be united. The new government will clear the mess and hold an election. The country will move forward through that election. The new government has started work, not everything is possible overnight. We have said that it is better if the election is done early.

The overall supervision was done by Feni-1 Constituency Election Coordinator and Dhaka Metropolitan South BNP Convener Rafiqul Alam Majnu, Member Secretary Mohammad Robin and national leaders were present in it.

During the event, the guests distributed blankets to 25 people affected by the flood and educational materials to 200 students.
