Warish's press conference on recovery of ancestral property in Galachipa

Patuakhali held a press conference to demand the return of ancestral property. Mostafizur Rahman (Mafiz). He is a permanent resident of Girls School Road area of Ward No. 4 of Galachipa Municipality and deceased Md. Son of Nurul Hai. The press conference was held on Friday (January 3) at 10 am with the journalists of the local press club.
In a written statement. Mostafizur Rahman said that he is a legal heir to the property of his grandfather late Afaz Uddin Ahmed (Peshkar). After the death of his grandfather, his fourth uncle Dr. Md Nurul Amin has been managing and occupying the property for a long time. Because of this, he was deprived of his ancestral property. He also said that Uncle Nurul Amin has deeded the land from Dada by various tricks.
Besides, among his five uncles, he embezzled the land and pension money of one mentally unstable uncle. Apart from taking over the Ejmali house and property owned by grandfather, the uncle also slyly takes property deeds from his father after his father suffers a brain stroke.
He said, "I want to get back my ancestral property as a legitimate heir. I demand to establish my rights with the cooperation of administration, civil society and media." Mostafizur Rahman urged the concerned administration and the local sudhi society to take appropriate action in this matter and cooperate to return his rightful rights.
