Two school students killed in Pakundia road mishap

Two school children were killed in a road accident in Achmita Chankanda area of Katiadi upazila on Kishoreganj-Bhairab regional highway.
This incident took place on Tuesday morning.
Deceased Ali Akbar (13) is an eighth grade student of Madhyapara High School. He is the son of Farooq of Madhyapara village and Junaid (12) is the son of Ferdous of the same area. He is a sixth standard student of Madhyapara High School. The deceased are two cousins.
Locals said, they were going from home on a motorcycle to participate in a school sports event. A bus ran over them on the Madhyapara road. Ali Akbar was killed on the spot and Junayed was injured. Junayed was rescued and taken to Bhagalpur hospital where he died.
