Two NCP leaders show-caused for attending Jashore Press Club reception

Two senior leaders of the Jashore district unit of the National Citizen Party (NCP) have been served show-cause notices for attending a reception honoring the newly elected leadership of Press Club Jashore.
The notices were issued to Jashore district NCP Organizing Secretary Abdul Matin and Secretary for July Uprising and Liberation War Affairs Engineer Bayezid Hossain. Both individuals hold key executive positions in the recently approved Jashore district committee of the party.
The disciplinary action followed a formal greeting ceremony organized to felicitate newly elected Press Club Jashore President Zahid Hasan Tukun and General Secretary Nur Islam following their success in the club's executive committee elections. Abdul Matin and Engineer Bayezid Hossain attended the event in Jashore and presented floral bouquets to the newly elected press club leaders.
Following their participation, the party leadership issued show-cause notices directing both leaders to submit written explanations clarifying their involvement in the reception program.
