Two brothers becomes highest tax payers in Rangpur

Two brothers Alhaj Tanbir Hossain Ashrafi and Alhaj Tawhid Hossain, have earned the reputation of paying the highest taxes in the Rangpur tax zone in the financial year 2022-2023.
The elder brother Alhaj Tanbir Hussain Ashrafi is the chairman of the renowned Sumi Group of Rangpur and the managing director of Royalty Mega Mall and the younger brother Alhaj Tawhid Hussain is the chairman of Royalty Mega Mall, the managing director of the Sumi Group and the chairman of the famous Towhid Battery Industries.
It is noted that Alhaj Tanbir Hussain Ashrafi for the 2nd time and Alhaj Tawhid Hussain for the 6th time in a row has been selected as the best taxpayer in Rangpur tax zone.
On December 13, 2023 at Rangpur Tax Bhaban, these budding businessmen and social workers of Rangpur were awarded with the highest tax payer's memorial. GM Abul Kalam Kaykobad, member of National Board of Revenue, was present as the chief guest in this commemoration ceremony.
