Successful train operation : Discussion meeting at Pakshi Railway Rest House premises held

Due to the successful train operation in the Pakshi Division of the Western Railway, a New Year discussion meeting and cultural programme were organized at Pakshi Railway Rest House premises at 9 pm on Wednesday after two days.
Saidpur DS W. Shah Sufi Noor Mohammad was present as the chief guest in these programs.

Divisional Electrical Engineer Rifat Shakil, Pakshi Divisional Carriage Engineer Rabiul Islam, President of Ish^radi Upazila Press Club and Central Organizing Secretary of National Journalist Society Towhid Akhter Panna, SI Yunus Ali of Railway Security Force, Jamaat-e-Islami leader Masudur Rahman and various levels of railway officials and employees were present.
The speakers discussed in detail the history and tradition of Bengali New Year and the long-standing problems and prospects of the railway. They drew the attention of the relevant high-ranking authorities and further said that the scope of railway activities has increased day by day with the expansion of railway lines and the increase in the number of trains. On the other hand, instead of increasing the manpower, the manpower has been reduced in stages.
If the demand for manpower is not met quickly, there may be a fear of a terrible disaster in Bangladesh Railway in he future, they also commented. At the end of the discussion session, a farewell reception was also given to former DRM of Pakshi, Shah Sufi Noor Mohammad.
