Social media star Hero Alom hospitalised after consuming sleeping pills

Social media star Ashraful Alom, popularly known as Hero Alom, has been hospitalised after he fell sick after consuming too many sleeping pills while visiting his friend in Bogura's Dhunot.
The content creator is now out of danger after receiving treatment at the hospital.
Alom's friend playwright Jahid Hasan Sagor took him in an unconscious state to the Dhunot Upazila Health Complex around 12pm on Friday.
Moniruzzaman, a physician at the health complex, said: "Hero Alom fell ill after consuming sleeping pills. He was given first aid and sent to the Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital."
Alom went to visit his friend Jahid's home in Bhandarbari village by the Jamuna River around 3am on Friday.
Around 11am, his friend grew worried after he failed to wake Alom up. Sleeping pills were found next to his pillow. He was immediately taken to the Upazila health complex.
Jahid said, "Hero Alom is a long-time friend of mine. We had a long discussion about Riya Moni in the night. He expressed his frustration over Riya Moni. He said wherever he went, people would bother him with various questions."
"He came here to spend some time alone. I believe he took the decision because of not having Riya Moni in his life."
Riya Moni is the third wife of Hero Alom. Recently, the content creator said he would divorce her. He also filed an attempted homicide case against Riya.
