 Ramgarh Battalion (43 BGB) organized a monthly security, communal harmony, and development meeting on Monday aimed at bolstering the law and order situation, communal harmony, and development initiatives in the border area.

The meeting was held on Monday morning at the Ramgarh Zone Headquarters under the overall management of the 43 BGB Battalion. Ramgarh Battalion Commander and Ramgarh Zone Commander Lieutenant Colonel Md. Ahsan Ul Islam (BGBM, psc) presided over the session.

The event was attended by the OC of Ramgarh Police Station, beat forest officers, local public representatives, community dignitaries, Headmen, Karbaris, timber merchants, and journalists from print and electronic media.

During an open discussion at the beginning of the meeting, participants highlighted various local issues, security concerns, and public interest matters within the zone's operational area. Following the discussion, the Zone Commander provided necessary guidelines addressing the feedback provided by local stakeholders.

Addressing the meeting, Lieutenant Colonel Md. Ahsan Ul Islam stated that close coordination between law enforcement agencies and local residents is critical to maintaining peace and order along the border and responding swiftly to emerging situations. He urged attendees to promptly inform the BGB of any unusual developments or law and order incidents within their respective areas.

He called for collective cooperation to uphold communal harmony, prevent rumors and misinformation, and maintain social stability as responsible citizens. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to working in coordination with the BGB to advance peace, security, and development activities across the region.
