Rally, discussion on Channel i anniversary in Sherpur

The 27th founding anniversary of private television channel Channel i was observed in Sherpur on Thursday with a colourful rally and discussion meeting held under the slogan "Sotto Shundor Prokashe, Channel i Atashe."
To mark the occasion, a discussion meeting was held at the Shaheen Cadet School auditorium in the Sojborkhila area of the town, presided over by Md. Mazharul Islam Himel, Director of Shaheen Shiksha Paribar.
Speakers at the meeting included Abul Kalam Azad, Convener of the civic platform Jonoudyog Sherpur; cultural organizer Moloy Chaki; teacher Abu Tarek; Abdul Kadir, President of the Sherpur District Prokriti O Jibon Club; and Hakim Babul, Sherpur Correspondent of Channel i.
Discussants commended Channel i for its news coverage, creative programs, and diverse broadcasting initiatives over the years, wishing the media outlet continued success.
Human rights activist Najmul Hossain, youth organizer Shuvankar Saha, and journalist Shanto Roy were present at the event alongside teachers, students, journalists, nature enthusiasts, youth leaders, and local dignitaries.
