Prof Dr.Nurul Amin appointed Acting Dean of DU Faculty of Engineering and Technology

Professor Dr. Md. Nurul Amin, Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Dhaka University, has been appointed as the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology.
The Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University, Prof Dr. A.B.M. Obaidul Islam conferred this appointment on him in accordance with Section 17(2) of the First Statute of the Dhaka University Order, 1973 on Monday.
He has been appointed as the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology for a period of not more than 90 days from tomorrow, October 13, 2026, or until the elected Dean joins the post (whichever comes first).
