Pre-Christmas celebration, distribution of winter clothes in Juri

Pre-Christmas celebration and the annual gift (winter clothes) distribution ceremony was held in Juri upazila of Moulvibazar. organized by Middle and South Bangladesh Child Development Project and funded by international organization "Compassion International Bangladesh".
On Wednesday (18 December) at noon in Elbintila Khasi Punji of Fultola Union of the upazila, the project was conducted by social worker Michael Nongrum and chaired by Lumdonbok Development Foundation (LDF) chairman Mrs. Lovely Suchiang. In the organized ceremony, the speech of the chief guest and the distribution of one blanket and one sheet each of the annual gifts among the 179 beneficiaries of the project Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Bablu Sutradhar.
Also spoke among others were Fultola Union Parishad (UP) Chairman Abdul Alim Selu, Project Coordinator (PDA) Dentina Marlia, Fultola Bashir Ullah High School Head Teacher Nazrul Islam, Elbintila Government Primary School Head Teacher Shaheen Ahmad, Elbintila Khasi Punji Headman (Mantri) Antony Patuat, Juri Press Club General Secretary Saiful Islam Sumon, Project Chairman Suwing Amlenrong, Project Manager Diko Surong, UP Member Uttam Goshami, Elbintila Tea Bagan Panchayat President Hargobindo Goshami and others.
