A Police -Magistrates' Conference was held in Barishal organized by the Metropolitan Magistrate on Tuesday.

At the beginning of the conference, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate . Md. Zahir Uddin said that he directed the Metropolitan Magistrate and the concerned police stations to remove all the obstacles in the way of getting justice. He also directed the OC of the police stations to properly seize evidence of various cases while conducting investigations.
The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate also emphasized the need for further training of the investigating officers. He directed all concerned to ensure the presentation of witnesses and provide them with security, in addition to submitting reports quickly and efficiently.
At this time, he provided opinions and necessary guidance.
In the meeting, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate supervised whether the prisoners received the food allotted to them properly, and gave instructions to provide the food allotted to the prisoners from the jail on the day they were brought to court. In this way, the court will not have to face the police's interference, and the Police Bureau of Investigation will be more well-organized in its investigation, he gave instructions in this regard.
At the end of the conference, responding to the call of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, everyone thanked everyone for participating in the magistracy program and said that the discussions he had made in the program were aimed at establishing justice in the country's society and that his door was always open if any obstacles arose while working.
