Player selection for DC Gold Cup Football Tournament in Moheshkhali

The player selection round for forming the Moheshkhali Upazila football team for the Deputy Commissioner Gold Cup Football Tournament was held on Wednesday at the Moheshkhali College ground, organised by the Upazila administration.
Present at the time were UNO Md. Hedayet Ullah, Upazila PIO Kausar Ahmed, and Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Zahidur Rahman, sports teacher and journalist Aminul Haque, sports teacher M Gias Uddin, lecturer Md. Shahed Khan, lecturer Sana Ullah, former player Shamsul Alam Roni, Nurul Haque Mehedi, sports teacher Shawkat Osman, A N M Hasan, Tarek Rahman, Ahsan Ullah, former player Zahirul Islam, Mizbah Uddin, Jalal Uddin Hafiz, Ramiz Ahmed, Abdul Malek, and Kamal Uddin. A total of 60 players were present for the player selection.
During the player selection event, UNO Md. Hedayet Ullah said, Moheshkhali Upazila football team is the reigning champion. To maintain this continuity, the players must deliver good performances.
