OBAT Helpers distribute food items in Rangpur

In collaboration with the non-governmental voluntary organization OBAT Helpers, food items were distributed to 50 poor families in Dushmara Char and Harishwar Char of Balapara and Tepamadhupur unions of Kaunia Upazila, Rangpur on Tuesday.
Upazila Executive Officer Mohammad Mohidul Haque was the chief guest at the event organized on this occasion. OBAT Helpers Project Officer Shahinur Rahman, Project Officer of Food and Agricultural Rehabilitation Project Kamal Kumar Sarker, Coordinator Mahmudul Islam Akash among others were present at the event.
At this time, 25 Kg rice, 1 kg lentils, 1Kg onion, 1 Liter soybean oil, 1 Kg salt and 1 packet of spices were distributed to each beneficiary.
