Obaidul Quader's younger brother Shahadat arrested

Law enforcement agencies have arrested Shahadat Hossain (58), the younger brother of fugitive Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader.
On Thursday afternoon, Companiganj Police Station OC Gazi Muhammad Foujul Azim confirmed the matter. He said, "I heard about the arrest of Obaidul Quader's brother through a medium. However, he could not say anything about when and where he was arrested."
It is learned that in addition, 9 leaders and activists of the banned Awami League and its affiliated organizations were arrested in raids in different areas of the capital.
