Non-cooperation movement: 9 deaths reported across country

A total of nine people were killed in Munshiganj, Magura, Rangpur, Pabna till Sunday afternoon across the country in violence on the first day of the non-cooperation movement.
In Munshiganj, two construction workers were shot dead on their way to work during a three-way clash in Munshiganj.
At that time, at least 20 others were injured.
In Pabna, three people were killed in clashes involving protesters, AL men and police.
In Magura, Chhatra Dal leader Mehedi Hasan Rabbi was shot to death during clashes with police and Awami League men.
