Shantiganj (Sunamganj) Correspondent 

Under the theme "Building a Just Bangladesh through Merit, Honesty, and Patriotism," a reception was accorded to GPA-5 awardees and high-achieving students in the SSC and Dakhil examinations in Shantiganj, Sunamganj.

Organized by the Shantiganj Upazila branch of Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir, the program was held on Friday morning  at the Jhilmil Auditorium in Shantiganj. Presided over by Nur Nabi, President of the Shantiganj Upazila Chhatrashibir unit, Masud Rana Tuhin, President of the Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) branch of Chhatrashibir, attended as the chief guest.

Delivering the welcome address, Nur Nabi highlighted the organization's focus on academic excellence, while Imranul Hasan moderated the session. Speakers at the event included Advocate Yasin Khan of the Sylhet Judge's Court, Shantiganj Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Hafiz Abu Khaled, Sunamganj District Chhatrashibir President Farhan Shahriar Fahim, former General Secretary Maulana Zubayer Ahmed, District School and College Affairs Secretary Takbil Hasan, and former Upazila Chhatrashibir President Sunnat Ali.

Urging students to navigate future challenges with integrity, speakers noted that intellect and conscience must guide youth in discerning truth. They emphasized that academic honors serve to inspire future achievements while reiterating Chhatrashibir’s commitment to providing a supportive environment for students nationwide.

Shantiganj Upazila Jamaat Secretary Master Delwar Hossain, Joint General Secretary Asaduzzaman Asad, and Upazila Sramik Kalyan Federation Secretary Mamun Miah were present, alongside guardians, teachers, and students from various educational institutions.
