Khalil exchanges greetings with Trump on UNGA sidelines

Foreign Minister Dr Khalilur Rahman exchanged greetings with US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.
Dr Khalilur, who is currently serving as the UNGA President, disclosed the interaction in a post on his official Facebook page on Wednesday.
“A personal exchange with H.E. Mr. Donald Trump, President of the United States,” he wrote, sharing a photograph of the interaction.
The brief exchange took place after the US president delivered his address to the UN General Assembly.
During the interaction, Trump thanked the Bangladesh foreign minister, according to the post.
