PM Tarique Rahman holds meeting with Gates Foundation CEO Mark Suzman

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Wednesday held a high-level meeting with Mark Suzman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Gates Foundation, at the hotel where the Prime Minister is residing in New York.
The discussions focused on public health, child health, immunization, affordable vaccines, preventive healthcare, and the modernization of Bangladesh's healthcare infrastructure.
During the meeting, views were exchanged on expanding health services to the Thana and district levels, recruiting and training one lakh healthcare workers, facilitating international employment opportunities for trained medical personnel, and building an AI-integrated digital public healthcare system.
