Kalia Chhatra Dal stages protest over murder of Prime Asia University student

Kalia Upazila unit of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) organized a protest rally on Friday demanding justice for Zahidul Islam Parvez, a student of Prime Asia University, who was allegedly stabbed to death by miscreants.
Led by Upazila JCD Convener S. M. Rakibuzzaman Pappu, hundreds of leaders and activists marched through the main roads of Kalia municipality in the afternoon. The procession began at the JCD office and concluded in front of the local BNP office.
During the rally, JCD leaders condemned the brutal killing and demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishment of those responsible, referring to them as “Awami terrorists.”
Among others present at the rally were Kamal Siddiqui, Sardar Armstrong, Mehedi Hasan Nayon, Robiul Islam Robi, Zillur Rahman, Masud Rana, Hasibur Sheikh, and Mahfizur Rahman.
