Bangladesh Chhatra Union of Jahangirnagar University (JU) unit has formed its new executive body consisting of 17 members for the next one year.
The committee was announced through the 33th council of the university unit that held at the university's tsc on Thursday night.
Jahidul Islam Emon of Botany Department has been made new President while Tanjim Ahmed of Geography and Environment Department as the general secretary of the new committee.
The committee’s others members are- Vice Presidents Kaimul Haque, Kawsar Ahmed, and Arna, Joint General Secretaries Akash Ahmed and Aditya, Organizing Secretary Kamrul Hasan Faisal, Treasurer Sultan Mahmud, Office Secretary Sadia Imroz Ila, Education and Research Affairs Secretary Nirab Patwary, Welfare Secretary Medha Chowdhury, and Members Alif Mahmud, Saiful Islam, and Al Araf.
