
IU gets new Students' Advisor

Professor Dr. Baki Billah Bikul of Bangla Department has been appointed as the new Students' Adviser of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia.
On Saturday , IU Vice-chancellor Professor Dr. Shaikh Abdus Salam appointed him to the post for the next one year, according to IU registrar office.
He replaced professor Dr. Selina Nasrin of Accounting and Information System department, IU acting registrar HM Ali Hasan said on Saturday.
Professor Dr. Dr Baki Billah Bikul, newly appointed student adviser, said, 'I will diligently fulfill the responsibilities assigned to me by the university administration. I will try to make friendly relationships between teachers and students at the university.'
Moreover , Professor Dr. Baki Billah Bikul was the former director of TSSC of the University. In this regard the university authorities expressed heartfelt gratitude to Professor Dr. Salina Nasrin for her long-standing dedication and sincerity in fulfilling the duties of student adviser."
