Illegal teak wood extraction in Chandanaish, pickup seized

Chittagong's Chandnaish Forest Department, on the basis of secret information, got the information of wood smuggling Sunday morning at 11 am in Dhopachari Union of Chittagong. South Forest Division of , Golar Pahar Sangu forest beat area under three road junction, Sangu beat officer Sudatta Chakma along with his staff raided the scene15 pieces (33.58 cubic feet) of teak logs recovered.Meanwhile, a pickup used in smuggling was also seized.
