ICT Minister calls for unity to maintain peace and order

Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, and Science and Technology Fakir Mahbub Anam urged everyone to remain vigilant and united to preserve the country's peace, stability, and democratic environment, warning that no form of anarchy or terrorist activity will be tolerated.
The Minister made these remarks while addressing as the chief guest at a protest rally and demonstration organized by the Madhupur Upazila BNP in Tangail on Wednesday afternoon.
The program was organized in protest against alleged anarchy and terrorist activities by the banned Awami League across the country.
He that since assuming office, the BNP government has been working tirelessly for the welfare of the people over the past seven months.
The protest march commenced from the upazila BNP office and paraded through the main thoroughfares of Madhupur town before culminating in the rally. The meeting was addressed by local BNP leaders, including Madhupur Upazila BNP President Md. Zakir Hossain Sarkar, General Secretary Md. Nasir Uddin, Pourashava BNP President Khurram Khan Yusufzai Prince, General Secretary Md. Motalib Hossain, Upazila BNP Senior Vice President M Ratan Haider, and Pourashava BNP Vice President Lili Sarkar.
